Jet Services has been in business since 1981 and is locally owned and managed. For over twenty five years we’ve grown our roots in the Richmond and the surrounding region with our commitment to quality, workmanship, integrity and service.

Founder and President Jon Sivertsen grew up working in the industry. He learned from his father, Ole, who while growing up in Norway perfected his craft in the old world style. He passed this on to his son. At Jet Services we apply these same techniques on every job we do. This and many other reasons make us the only choice when it comes to your hardwood flooring needs.

We are a full service hardwood flooring company. What does this mean to you? It means from hardwood selection to refinishing we can make your experience a pleasant one.

We believe that an informed consumer makes the wisest choices and is ultimately happier with the finished product. To that end, our estimators will give a detailed bid and provide a wealth of information, both verbally and in the form of a written proposal. That will help you evaluate your options.

Each estimator also becomes your personal contact and handles everything from the onsite custom stain samples, daily check ups and updates of your project as well as the final walk through on every single job. This personal touch is what seperates Jet Services from the rest.

All of our foremen as well as our technicians take there job seriously and will treat your house like their own. They work closely with each customer to make sure each job is completed to the customers' satisfaction. Each customer will be supplied with the personal cell phone number of the foreman responsible for the job. So if any questions arise the foreman is readily available to answer them.
